Delicious Asam Pedas Ayam |
- ½ chicken, cleaned and cut into pieces
- 2 pieces of tamarind
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 1 bunch leaf kesum
- Sugar and salt to taste
- 2 cups water
- 10 stalks dried chillies, crushed 6 shallots, crushed
- 1 cm ginger, crushed
- Little shrimp paste, rolled
- 4 sprigs of red chillies, crushed
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 cm fresh turmeric, ground

Method:
- Heat oil in a pot.
- Stir fry ground ingredients until fragrant.
- Add chicken and water.
- Bring to boil. Put tamarind, sugar, salt and leaves kesum.
- Stir and let cook until completely newly appointed.
